US CPI

Improvements in the US CPI figures YoY due out at 1:30 pm GMT are expected, but not sufficiently to herald any impending inflationary pressure. Indeed the MoM figure is widely expected to remain the same.
A surprise to the upside will probably go on the list of small positive factors seen recently to indicate the first green shoots of a recovery are starting to follow through. A surprise to the downside will probably have a more immediate effect on dollar pairs in the current climate.
