Fees
There is no fee for setting up an Osiris FX Trading Partnership, and we do not charge the typical 2% management fee.
In fact, our fee structure is based solely upon trading volume, and performance.
The performance element is straightforward. At the end of each quarter, if there is a net profit you pay us 20% of that profit as our performance fee and we start again with the new quarter. This fee is levied on a “High Watermark” basis which means that in the event of a loss-making quarter, that loss has to recovered and a new high profit level made before any new performance fees are payable.
The transaction fee is a small admin fee for each trade we place and can usually be negotiated from the pricing spread offered by the brokers and in many cases this fee is therefore technically “invisible”.
As a guide, this transaction fee is usually $100 for every $1m traded. So, in the case of trading 1 standard “lot” of $100,000 our transaction fee would be $10. If we trade 3 lots it would be $30 and so on.
We believe this fee structure to be client-orientated and the fairest solution for all concerned. Never forget there are no minimum terms or notice periods and you would be free to terminate this arrangement with immediate effect.
Fees are paid from your account directly to the Osiris FX trading account at the brokerage of your choice, subject to the written instructions in the Power of Attorney agreement.
